Assessment with an accredited Curiosity Change Drives ® practitioner

Although our product is user friendly and insights coming from the report or the team dashboard are not complex and do not need any psychology degree to be able to interpret it, the success of change depends on more aspects. You can decide if you let an accredited Curiosity Change Drives ® practitioner help your organization and your teams grow.

Step 1. Intake and proper embedding

After the initial intake with the line manager, we start mapping a few things that can important along the way.

  • What challenge is this initiative meant to fix?
  • What resources (time, budget and people) are needed for designing
    and launching the initiative?
  • What departments will be involved or are we dependant of?
  • What time commitments will be needed of leadership and team members?
  • Who are the stakeholders?
  • When will the stakeholders support the initiative?
  • Looking at the time commitments, what projects are sacrificed or delayed?

When this mapping is done, we’ll have a concrete business case available for you.

Step 2. Launch and interviewing team members

After you given us the go-ahead, we start by face to face interviews with your team members. And we potentially organize a launch-event of the process, where we explain what the assessment is for and how we are going to help.

Step 3. Define priorities and follow-up

When the assessments have been taken, we will work through this with you and suggest what soft skill growth opportunities are available, how to prioritize them and how to go on with organizational learning and personal development to reach the sought out skills. This will potentially involve:

  • training & courses to follow
  • literature to read
  • face to face coaching
  • organizational processes to change
  • hire new talent
  • temporary or more permanent job rotation of some of your current talent.

In order to be effective, we completely tailor this process to you and your team and organization. It is an agile process where we need to collaborate and work closely to get the job done. The success of this process highly depends on mutual insight sharing, shared engagement and determination.
